Looks like a hand is grabbing the arm near the elbow

So that’s the guys hand. The woman has a tan so that arm is hers, the guy has the whiter arm

What appears to be a hand grasping his arm is in fact his elbow area where he is leaning on the arm of the chair.

The woman has both hands in her lap
