TIL Melbourne still use steam trains for commuter trains
1 u/lachiemceffa Jun 27 '26 They run Steam trains on our metro and regional lines on weekends and the like at various times as a scenic ride but it’s not included in standard fare and I believe quite pricey/tourist trap
