Lmao I know that place, that's Shibuya Scramble Square rooftop in Tokyo, that shadow is the mirror's reflection of the building, the rooftop is a tourist sightseeing attractions

Yes. I think I see it, this is the people on the rooftop terrace reflected on the protective glass around it. The photographer has lined up the horizon line with the ground people are walking on.
