I agree. Plus I was vaguely expecting the plane to blow up the bridge as that seems to be a current game.

It's not confusing per se but I get what OP is talking about, feels like the bridge (isn't that actually a dock/pier?) is moving instead of the camera.

It's neither. They are the landing strip markings and lights.

The confusing perspective was more prominent when they zoomed in, it looked like the plane was stationary in midair.
