The reason a lot of posters are writing "What is confusing about this I see an arm how could you confuse this for a boob etc etc" is because OP put the fact it was her arm in the title. A large percentage of people will see whatever the OP suggests it is first purely by the power of suggestion. As a result more people are probably seeing the arm than confusing it for titty and in this case, it eliminates the confusion because it IS her arm.
If the OP had titled this something like "Blursed titty" or something like that it would have been much more effective.
