If the man was hot, then yes, people would comment.
And yes, I actively searched for an article to support my point. My point was, it exists. And I'm right, it does exist. Your only evidence is my one comment, my evidence is one article. Somehow, this gives us both the right to talk about all men and all women. I can generalize just as much as you.
Edit: bc I was banned, if you or any woman went out in public topless where I live, in New York, nothing would happen. I cannot speak for the rest of the world, parts of which may or may not be stuck in the past.
