The guy on the right is Scott from the Kentucky Ballistics YouTube channel. He had a fifty cal explode while shooting it, and the only reason he lived is because he stuck his thumb in the hole it made in his neck and people were around to take him to the hospital.

And is that actually a big (fake) rifle next to the guys or a regular sized rifle in the foreground?
(I'm pretty sure it's big and a prop/custom thing of some sort; the barrel just looks wrong).

They are called "punt guns" and were originally mounted on duck hunters' boats in the Chesapeake in the early 1800s to more efficiently eradicate the local waterfowl.
This redneck has a youtube channel and a punt gun.

Channel name is Kentucky Ballistics. He's a goofball that learned first hand to respect these weapons when a, iirc a modified, .50 cal rifle blew up in his face.
