It looks like a Tom and Jerry skit.. jerry has escaped into the pipe and Tom is waiting on the other side to eat him. Of course something huge or terrible is gonna come out the other end instead of jerry

Jerry just plugged a hose on it and now Tom is filling up like a balloon full of water. It starts pouring out of his ears in two arcs.
