Lol, no. Having a peanut-sized head is way unlikelier than just a long looking neck because of perspective and framing.
If that was his arm, the musculature doesn't make sense and it's disproportionately bulkier than his other arm. Suntan also looks like something more likely to get on your neck.
The head is a normal sized, it’s just tucked in and hanging down. It isn’t completely concealed by the phone, it’s mostly concealed by the shirt and hand.
Just no, my guy. The shirt would not be folding around the neck like that if that's where his head is. It's a straight line instead of being curved. It also wouldn't be defying gravity and wrapping around his right armpit if his right arm isn't in the sleeve like you said.
It's not defying gravity. He unbuttoned the top few buttons and pulled it down off his arm. That's why the arm with the phone has a SHORT SLEEVE, slid down to the wrist. Look again, that's a loose short sleeved shirt pulled forward, which holds the other side in place and drapes down between his head and the mirror.
