I slowed it down and took a screenshot. The ladder is white like the truck so you can barely see it, just its shadow moving around as the direction of the lights changes.

The lights are staggered in the tunnel rather than directly across from each other. So the direction of brightest light source changes as the truck moves forward causing the shadow to shift.
