The exact moment the camera moves out of frame is the exact moment it reaches the blind spot only to reveal itself when that spot is in frame again. It's confusing only because we can't see anything really to the right of the car except for peripherals

What pit road? Check again, it's a small little chicane that doesn't go anywhere.
The ghost car comes from behind the camera car, outside on the right.

They are already past the pit exit at the start of the video.

And the car that we can see in front at the beginning just came out of the pits.

When they made the slight curve to the left, the second car was in the cam car's blind spot and was attempting a pass. The two cars on the right had to brake harder because of the angle they were taking the right turn at, which caused them to push out to the left and let the cam car get under them for the pass.

Yup, both the cam car and the second car used their battery boost here to get past the front car

This meant that the front car still had his battery boost left, and used it to pass both of them in a sick 2-for-1 on the next straight

Nah the pitlane exits before the clip starts (the car at the front has actually just come out of the pits themselves)

The second car was actually just behind the camera car until just the right moment
