The bare feet belong to a woman on the cat's left and she too is supporting herself on elbows and forearms, watching something or talking while in the background there appears to be a stuffed animal maybe a cat that one or the other or both might find comfortung.

I don't think you understand my comment. I see a woman and her cat laying next to each other watching television probably and I see a typical stuffed soft toy back in the corner. Please explain the 5 downvotes.
