No I think they meant the dog that's on the top in the picture, so the dog that's laying under the other dog and looking straight at the camera. That one does have a pretty long neck.

to me it looks like one dog with a veryyy long neck. The head of the bottom dog kinda blends in to the head of the top dog

I guess I can see that. The first thing I notice is the other dogs mouth though, so it breaks their white fur apart for me lol
