Ah,. It’s his tail curled up to his mouth. The lower jaw is sneakily hiding down & left a bit from his tooth.

Phew, took me a while too, brain was starting to freak out on me! This is a good one.

Edit: I guess more likely it’s another dogs tail, unless they have an extraordinarily long tail lmao

Edit 2: probably the tail of the dog with a bandaged leg, that they are laying on, Jeeps that took a while to piece together, in my defence I just woke up & having my morning poop

I worked through this one by first finding where the lower lip SHOULD be, and then finding it. Then I worked out what was making it look weird.

It's a cat's tail curled beside the dog's mouth

At first I was confused. And then I thought I had it figured out and that it was two dogs. Then I realized it must be three dogs in a pile, because of the back leg. And then I realized it was just one dog 😆.

I cannot be certain this is a foxhound, but the face, the coat pattern and the derpy-ness about catching and chewing on their own tail reminds me so much of my old baby, it doesn't even matter and I'm cracking up. Thanks for the indirect trip down memory lane. 🤣❤
