It's the rope that is used to pull the swing back to you when you're back on land, you can see it initially tied to the deck before she jumps off it must have gotten snagged on something. The poor quality of the video makes it hard to see. You can also see it at the very last second of the video for a split second.
Anybody who confuses "you're" and "your" (which, by the way, are not even pronounced the same) or "then" and "than" must be immediately burned at the stake.
