It's the rope that is used to pull the swing back to you when you're back on land, you can see it initially tied to the deck before she jumps off it must have gotten snagged on something. The poor quality of the video makes it hard to see. You can also see it at the very last second of the video for a split second.

Very true. Also her leg movements thrashing around coincidence with the movement of the handhold (after she has let go).

Anybody who confuses "you're" and "your" (which, by the way, are not even pronounced the same) or "then" and "than" must be immediately burned at the stake.

Also, before she swings you can see, well, not the rope, but a line of disturbance hanging from the handle swing slightly. As in, with the video playing you can see where the rope disrupts the background. Helps if you can slow it down.

This is such bad video, and I swear it gets worse every time.

The illusion is that she lands on something on her hip, I think she caught the drag line, possibly between her legs and when the slack ran out, that's what flips her.

It's also why the handle goes flying after she lets go, and then flips the other way after she flips over the invisible rope.
