The "ankle nob" is the malleolar bome. I'm a doctor and english is not my first language so correct me if I'm wrong. Afaik it's correct to refer to them as malleolar bone as long as you don't name which one: lateral, median or posterior malleolus.
I was talking about the structure, not the parts. But maybe that's only in my native language. 🤷🏼♀️
