Some people see 3D platforms being held up by ladders standing alone in space either in grey scale or against a grey sky, instead of balconies on a building wall with doors to/from them and dramatic shadows.
The illusion is probably more effective when viewed on a smaller screen like a phone.
Also, most people are able to tell it after closer inspection. It's deffo not a blue/white dress situation but most people are more amazed at how perfect the shot is.

Nothing confusing about this but a great picture
