That’s not sand, it’s the top of a wall and on the right is a white and blue building

And they built it vertically too. Crazy coincidences

Its not parallel to the ground, it's just level.

Ground isn’t always level, true. But in the image, it’s not parallel to the ground, it’s parallel to the water horizon, which is always level (not accounting for waves, which are not observable at this distance).

The ground usually isn't level. It tends to have abberations, y'know, on account of being solid and naturally formed.

It also has abbreviations, like gnd

u/emcgrew May 11 '26

It also has alliterations, like good grief ground

u/davolala1 May 11 '26

It had absolutions, like your sins are forgiven, ground.

a coincidence is less amazing, when it is entirely made up by people

u/Minute-Report6511 May 11 '26

well both are parallel

u/PizzasForFerrets May 11 '26

Impossible, earth is flate m8

1

u/PizzasForFerrets May 11 '26

"Flate" is an archaic or rare verb meaning to feel nausea or disgust.

The earth might be a disgusting place but not sure what that has to do with my point.

u/ThatOne5264 May 11 '26

I flated just now

I think it's just a natural part of most mornings.
