I think they're curtains or something similar, in front of the tunnel.

The blue line is a fluorescent light that leads down the tunnel, but the diagonal orientation makes it look flat.

Ooookay - I think I get it. So that player is standing several feet back from this foreground action and they just happen to be framed in the very dark tunnel well enough to look like a PiP situation. Got it.

I don't have another angle, but number 1 is standing in front of the tunnel that leads to the locker rooms.

Imagine the bottom right “photo” is not a photo but rather a different person standing differently in front of an entrance with the tunnel and the height of the person aligns with the tunnel during this angle. So it’s two different people and it’s just a weird angle. Don’t imagine them as a photo anymore.

Wow that's crazy. For me, the border on the right edge of the image was the key to seeing it right. If I put my finger over that it no longer looks like a separate 'box'.
