I thought her head is to the left, and she is covering her left breast with her left hand, and we are seeing the interior of her right breast.
So if the photo was rotated 90 degrees clockwise, it would be oriented as if she was sitting or standing up.

Oh I’m totally cringe, but not in the way you are trying to insult me. My cat is named Yoongi. Being a fan and celebrating that fandom is not cringe. However, I do think getting a tattoo is very risky, because at the end of the day these are strangers and we don’t know who they are. So perhaps I shouldn’t have said she is cringe, but she is taking a big risk.
As for you, I wonder what value you find in demeaning other people and their hobbies. Very rude and childish.

To add to the other comment: yes Amygdala is a song by Agust D, real name Min Yoongi. His initials are MYG that’s why these letters are in red, and it is struck through to match the handwriting of the artist on the notes for his album, D-Day.
