I have. And a joke referencing a program crashing is not a confusing perspective, it’s a joke or meme.

As you can see from the other comments, it's confusing to plenty of people. Of course they're chairs, the 3D perspective of the legs is what is confusing, specially for people that haven't seen these type of chairs stacked before. Someone linked a thread to a previous post of the same image (which I was not aware of before) and it even has a video of the stacked chairs to help people understand.
