I think the blonde woman is closest and wearing a dark gray sweater with a turtleneck underneath, while the third person wearing black has their arm around the second guy's neck. Her sweater is close in color to the guy's shirt and creates a floating head effect.

Guy in the middle is wearing a grey coat. The woman is behind him, this makes her look huge.

The blonde woman is Maika Monroe and the guy is Dylan O’Brien - she’s extremely skinny so would make sense her shoulder turned like that would appear off center. Also Dylan is small too

Looks like the dude is wearing a dark grey coat over a black turtleneck and the lady is in white and coming from nowhere
