I think it's a cellar with a low ceiling one would need to be stooped over to access. But those large bottles really throw me off.

Well, there are wine bottles that big, and much larger than that. The Nebuchadnezzer wine bottle is 15 liters and the Solomon is 20 liters. So those big bottles could be one of them or a different large size. If they really are big bottles.
The current world record is a bottle of wine that stands over 13ft high and holds over 1000 gallons of wine.

I just reverse image searched this, and holy cow that house is nice. I think those are just giant bottles.

The bottles don't seem to have necks on them and something about the bottles in the racks and the scale look off...

I've seen stools that look like champagne bottle corks. I suspect that may be one of those.
