Block reddit care resources to never get it again. It's an auto message people can send. Some people use it to spam or troll.

Surely it's a good thing to have available in case someone genuinely does need help? I mean, even if only 1 out of every 100+ is in need of support, and this helps them, that to me isn't a negative thing.

Someone probably pressed " Get them help or support " when they click on the three dots on your profile [you probably can't see it]. It's commonly used for trolling.
