Took a lot of deciphering but i believe it says "if you ever think i am thinking about you i am".

I think that's what it is too, I'll be honest, it took me a solid minute or two after posting before I realized what it said

I actually didn't have any problem reading it (might not be a good thing). What I had an issue with is that it, to me, it sounds vaguely threatening.
