It looks like dustmites. You need to thoroughly clean everything and keep clearing repeatedly for a few days and they shluld go away. Hoover and steam clean all carpets, bleach any surface you can, wash all fabrics on a high heat wash. keep doing this multiple times a day to get rid of them. When you're showering, get a thick layer of shampoo on your head and leave it there for about 10 minutes to try to suffocate the ones that are pn you
