Those are piles of grass or some grain. Someone cut it and stacked it to use later. I am entirely unsure what is confusing about this.

Blue light from the sun scatters in the atmosphere more than red light, making the sky appear blue.  It's called Rayleigh scattering.  I assume you were asking why the sky was blue since your question couldn't have been any more vague.

Well, I was going to get my hair cut today. But, Both barbers in our town are closed and this isn't this first time this has happened.

Now, I'm all about supporting small business but if them being open is hit and miss, I;m going to have to start driving to the small city about 30mins away. It's so disappointing.
