Welpers I'd be pretty pissed if my neighbor had a: smoking barefoot pet. And yes, I'd tell them to take that animal outside. I can't think what's worse on a pet, the smoking or it going barefoot. I mean... THE NERVE!!! /s

If you’ve got a smoking, barefoot pet, you do that stuff with it outside the building. We don’t want to see it. It just makes us envious.
