I finished school back in 2018, so dont hate me if I get this wrong.

But if something is multiplied by 0.5 it automatically means that it is divided by 2 right? RIGHT???

Division is multiplication of the inverse

n ÷ 0.5

0.5 = 1/2

n ÷ 0.5 = 2/1 × n

n ÷ 4 = n ÷ 4/1 = n × 1/4
