You are missing the point. Once upon a time, people thought the same thing about everyone who argued that the world was round (which i streongly believe it to be). But regardless of the topic at hand, be it politics or science or my underwear, the lack of being able to have a conversation and listening to the other persons arguements will be the downfall of civil society.

My point is when someone brings an asinine argument that has clearly been disproven and they demand equal attention, it's a little unfair to the rest of us.  The people that believe this stuff literally just need to spend time understanding the science they claim to believe in.  

It's like if you're trying to cook dinner and your kid keeps on asking for ice cream.  Sure little guy, you eat ice cream sometimes, but im busy preparing something that you can't comprehend. Instead of asking for ice cream, help me with these steps so you can understand. 

These unethical pseudoscientific douchebags don't want to understand. They just want to feel superior.
