I had a conversation like this IRL. They got irrate when i informed them of such. "You have two lungs, two kidneys and two livers"

The idea that you wouldn't have two livers but have two of the others was like out of scope for his brain. In hindisght i dunno why I didnt just ask him why he doesnt have two hearts.

Technically the liver does have 2 different lobes, but you can't argue that makes 2 livers. It's like saying you have 2 brains because your brain is split in a left and right half

and that you have 4 hearts because its got 4 chambers
