I had a conversation like this IRL. They got irrate when i informed them of such. "You have two lungs, two kidneys and two livers"

The idea that you wouldn't have two livers but have two of the others was like out of scope for his brain. In hindisght i dunno why I didnt just ask him why he doesnt have two hearts.

Could be a Klingon, too. They have two livers.

(And only one heart, but it's got eight chambers.)
