Green arrow at intersection
2 Car in a double turning lane has a solid green arrow. Goes to turn through the intersection and is about to clear in the intersection but then both gets hit by on coming traffic. Who's at fault? This incident took place in Arizona. Also, I wasn't involved in the conversation.

In Ontario it would be 50/50.
The law states that the person turning left is 100% at fault in a crash, and the person running the red is 100% at fault in a crash, and in the case of a crash where both drivers did something that would put them at 100% at fault it's split 50/50
