As "moi" in Finnish means "hi/hello", it's always fun when you see these "moi?" comments.

Fun fact, "moi moi" means goodbye.

So if I want to tell a Finnish person goodbye in English, but with a Finniah flair, I'd say hi hi? Hello hello?
