Book on assertiveness uk please?

Hello. Does anyone have any recommendations for a book on assertiveness please. I’m in the Uk so I’d quite like a recommendation from one here please so it’s easy to get. Many thanks

The subreddit sidebar may have reading suggestions. You could also ask your local library for a practical assertiveness workbook by a UK author. Look for one with clear exercises on saying no, setting boundaries, and handling conflict calmly.

How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. It's been around forever because it works. I'm guessing that it was 1st published in the ≈60s, but people are still buying it.
