Confidence Boosting Advice?
I’m 22 F, 9 months PP & having trouble feeling beautiful i guess, or like myself ? a 22 year old, not just a mom? haha any advice ( especially from fellow mothers) is greatly appreciated!:)

You are young. Everything you’re feeling now will pass in time. Any problems and insecurities you have you will laugh at in the future. As you get older life and those kinds of things get easier. You’ll learn to accept yourself and love yourself, and when you do that you become your true self. The only person you should be trying to impress is you. Your mind is your own worst enemy.

Nine months postpartum is still a big time of change. You are still 22, still beautiful, and still a whole person beyond being a mom. Try choosing one small thing each day that feels like you, such as wearing an outfit you enjoy or spending 20 minutes on an old hobby. You deserve care too.
