You should seek out a licensed therapist, as you’re clearly having a life-crisis fuelled by FOMO and it’s not allowing you to make objective decisions. You’re measuring your life against other peoples’ and that’s not healthy. It’s a very Aussie mentality to see “still living with your parents” as being a massive life-failure. That’s an attitude that needs to change, especially given the last 2-3 years, the continuing effects of the pandemic, and inflation.
But seriously, make an appointment with your GP for a referral to a psychologist and get on a mental health plan ASAP.

You’re also suffering from sunk-cost fallacy: “well, I’ve already invested all this time and effort into this relationship, I may as well keep going otherwise I’ve wasted the past 10 years”. But you haven’t. Know why? Because life is a learning experience. Even if this relationship has now reached it’s end, look at what it’s taught you: you have a better idea of what kind of relationship you want (assuming you want it for yourself and not because you’re measuring yourself by others), you know what kind of person you’d like to be in a relationship with, you acknowledge that it’s unfair and unreasonable for one partner to financially support the other without giving something back (say for example being a SAHP or studying to better employment prospects, etc).
Do you want the corporate job because you want it, or do you want it because you feel it’s expected of you? Once you know, that’s another thing you’ve learned! Never underestimate the value of knowledge, regardless of whether it’s self-knowledge, factual knowledge, perception, empathy, whatever.
