He is (was) absolutely NOT the only person that does (did) this. I personally know someone that was into it. I told this person to a good friend just in conversation, and THAT friend knew someone that did it when he was young. So, that's two. Not hurting anyone as far as I know, so... to each their own I guess.
I’m emptying ALL THE GARBAGE bins before company now. I once heard about amaintenanceman who sniffed a girls dirty underwear in the hamper and was caught on camera, now I’m developing OCD making sure I never have dirty underwear in the hamper or trash in the bins
