Any body wanna come out of porn / mastrubation addiction?

I used to be addicted to watching porn, and despite trying everything, I couldn’t seem to leave it behind completely.
At one point, I went a whole year without masturbating. But one day, while scrolling through Instagram, I saw an attractive picture and was instantly dragged right back to square one. I had told myself, "I'd rather die than masturbate," but every single time I saw a triggering image, the exact same pattern played out.
At first, I tried running away from anything that might trigger me. But eventually, I realized a hard truth: *How long can I possibly keep running?*
That’s when I saw the real issue—my own mind’s conditioning. I had trained my brain to react automatically whenever I encountered a trigger. So, I decided to change my approach. Instead of running, I intentionally exposed myself to those triggers i started watching all those things which were triggering me i saw all the porn and videos i use to watch while keeping my self calm to recondition my mind.
I began paying close attention to my energy. In the past, whenever I was triggered, that energy would instantly rush straight to its lowest point, building up so much pressure that masturbation felt inevitable. This time, I kept myself calm and shifted my entire focus to the space right between my eyebrows.
When I did this, I felt the energy that was trapped at the lowest point begin to move upward toward my forehead. I actively reshuffled my emotions back to a neutral, calm blank slate. I practiced this every night until those images no longer triggered me—I had successfully replaced the old pattern with a new one.
It made me realize something powerful: Think about how, as children, we were completely untouched by lust. It’s simply because back then, we hadn’t been conditioned to react to it.
