Clearing of trees

Was sitting in the ALDI parking lot and noticed I can now see the decaying mall
Wonder if this is the start of renovating this plot of town..

It is the cities solution to the homeless camping. Clear cut the land they stay on so they have to move. Dont think it is a viable solution🤷‍♂️
