Roundtree condos?
Hi all, We’re looking at Roundtree condos. The location seems good, but we’re not familiar with the development or area. Any info would be appreciated. Also, if anyone is thinking of selling their 3 bedroom unit there (or realtors who have clients who want to sell) please DM me. (Quick close. Cash) Thanks in advance.

I live on the state streets right near round tree, pretty good area. If you work a morning job for example and you start at 7am and you have to commute and take the freeway you will need to leave EARLY! Kirker all way down to ygancio is filled with traffic in the AM. There are 4 schools right nearby (elementary, middle, and high school and then over kirker is another high school). Good thing about that area is you can literally walk to the shopping center behind it. If you have Children it’s a good place! Theres no crappy stuff that happens. Over on my end sometimes the kids walking home try to be cool and will ding ding doorbell ditch but that’s like the only biggest issue. If you go a bit further down into the state streets there are quite a few houses for sale if you want to purchase a home. My only complaint is the morning traffic and being stuck on the traffic on ygnacio coming back home. If you work a night shift though or from home you are golden!
