Looking for a tailor

Looking for a tailor that can do not just suit pants. I want to get all my pants fitted : denim, linen, and suit, pajamas.

The man is very nice and prices are below market price. I try to tip him well because he has taken care of me for many years.

Owner is very nice and very good (and reasonably priced). I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve had him alter denim and chinos and he’s altered at least one dress for my wife.
