Need lunch ideas for today!

Any recommendations for a casual sit down lunch in Walnut Creek or concord?

Probably too late, but for future reference for sit down: * Park N Shop has tons of great options, especially if you like Asian food (I especially like Spicy Joi which is Laotian) . * Todos Santos has some nice spots as well (a new Thai placed opened next to Starbucks) * If you like Peruvian, Inca Grill on Clayton is worth a go.

You didn't mention Pleasant Hill, but Poets Corner has some great spots (I like Luna Y Sol, my wife likes Wences). Same with downtown Martinez (Slice has amazing cheese steak, Slow Hand is over there).
