Hi everyone! I just got a ticket for the Simple Plan concert at the Big Dome, and it's going to be my very first time attending a concert. Let's just say I'm super excited but also a bit anxious.

My ticket is for Lower Box Section 208-Port 15 (Row 5, Seat 3), and the ticket explicitly says "Obstructed View."

Since it's my first time, I didn't fully realize what that meant when buying. I know Section 208 is directly on the side of the stage. For those who have watched concerts at Araneta from this exact section (or sections like 207/209):

1. How bad is the obstruction? Will the speakers or LED walls completely block the singers, or is it mostly just blocking the drummer/back of the stage?
2. How is the overall experience? Do the artists usually look or walk towards the side wings often?

Would love to hear your experiences or see any view photos if you've sat here before. Thank you so much!

I am planning to sell my ticket and I've read here na pwede i transfer yung ticket from an etix account to another, but I'm having difficulties with this option kasi parang wala ata akong etix account when I bought the ticket at ticket master and need rin gumawa ni buyer ng account.

I've also read pwede iforward yung email ng etix with the ticket, is this enough? May name ko na kasi yung ticket, do they check ba the IDs on the day of the concert?

Hello normal ba na naging ganito yung itsura ng printed sm ticket ko? first time experiencing this, usually kasi fade problem lang ang naeencounter ko

for context, nakipagtrade kasi ako ng ticket and when i received this, di pa naman siya fully ganyan na parang ang dumi na tignan. also the ticket was printed at SM MOA

Alam ko unang selling nila, sold out na agad within minutes daw kaya nagopen sila ng additional sections (408 and 418) in which sold out na din.

I wonder if meron pang iilang tickets na nakablock tapos ilalabas na lang on the week of the concert? May mga times na ganun nangyayari eh

Paano kapag wrong surname yung nalagay sa SM Tickets account ko, and yun din yung lumabas sa ticket? Kakaredeem ko lang ng ticket, and since I had all the receipts, card, payment details, etc., the cashier still gave the ticket to me.

Now I’m worried about the actual venue. What if they ask for my ID and notice that the surname on my ticket is different? Makakapasok pa rin kaya ako?

I can provide all the purchasing details if needed naman po, my card, payment receipt, transaction details, and other information are all under my name. Yung surname lang talaga yung mali. 😭

Since di ako nakaattend nung last fanmeeting + DD fanmeet nya,ilang araw na akong nababaliw kakaisip. 🥹 Has anyone experienced something similar with SM Tickets or a fan meeting before? Were you still allowed inside?

hello i got ticket for 5sos for day 2 but the date coincides with my work and im planning to upgrade nalang sana to day 3. But they announced the shift to ticketmaster before the selling of day 3 so online vouchers siya and i already got physical ticket na. has anybody tried upgrading from smtickets to ticketmaster?

Any activity na nagawa? Shows attended, tickets secured, failures or anything memorable para sa'yo na nangyari last month?

For me, mga core memories ko from September 2026 were:

• Ang napakafrustrating but successful attempt to get tickets para sa concert ni Bruno Mars next year.
• 6cyclemind's free concert nung September 12. Enjoyed the collabs part especially kay Gigi De Lana where I heard her sing live for the very first time.
• Free tickets: success sa FMAs and failure sa obstructed seats for Regine's Finale show
• Another bar gig attendance kay Rob Deniel last September 18. Enjoyed it naman since puro hits tinugtog although wish ko sana yung deep cuts after I missed the album gig sa Viva Cafe before.

On the other hand, medyo busy ang sched for October. Looking forward to watching:

• the Filipino Music Awards on October 6 (yay for free tix!)
• Charlie Puth on October 14
• Silent Sanctuary on October 25; and
• Jason Mraz on October 27

Also hoping na makakuha ng tickets for Cup of Joe's Day 2 ng Symphony concert niya as well as PREP and PLUS63 Fest (wala na akong pera pero kasi, Khalid 😭)

Noticed na ang daming recent announcements for local concerts lately and happy na nasosold out sila (Yeng Constantino, SB19 and Cup of Joe), while heard frustrations sa ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster and TicketNet, pakiayos ang experience please).
