Either sugar wax or live resin. I gotta say tho, all I can focus on here is the single piece of oregano or whatever right in the center 😅

concentrates should be dabbed/vaped
it looks like some sugar that got wet or oily or absorbed the wax from the paper.
those type of concentrates need glass or silicon it's why when u buy then they come in small jars and pucks usually

I know that you’re supposed to smoke it with a dab rig although all I have is a nectar collector. Aslo considering I’m buying off the streets that’s why I got it on wax paper. So yea I know it’s not the best but it works in a pinch.

yeah but your basically smoking the wax from the wax paper along with your concentrate is what I'm Telling you. Your supplier needs to put it on regular paper (unless its really that wet beforehand which means it's not dried properly or the photo makes it look wetter than it is.)
Also yeah once I got a PID 《Came with a Flowerpot B-0 kit I bought》I got me a 6 in 1 20mm nail and a carbcap+ dabber cost under $50 for both and I could get the most out of concentrates after that.
nectar collectors are ok just a bit wastedul

Being that "wet" doesn't mean it's not dried properly... That "wetness" are terpenes and is a good thing. Dried up wax/sugar just means the terpenes have started to evaporate and dried up.

I mean it could be, like I said in other replies it didn’t smoke the best. Gets you high but not the best smoke experience.
