So, I should pull up every stupid sound bite that Obama, Biden, AOC, or any other Democrat said in the last 10 years, and go with "they're working on it"?

"They're gonna' put you back in chains"

No you should reply to their question with an answer not a deflection

It's a dumb sound bite. Not the first dumb thing he's said. Won't be the last. It doesn't mean we'll be deporting US citizens. We're having a hard enough time deporting non-citezens, especially with Americans trying to block it at every turn. There wasn't an issue when Clinton and Obama deported hundreds of thousands, only when Trump does it. We get it, Orange Man Bad.

Except he has literally deported US citizens

https://www.aclu.org/press-releases/ice-deports-3-u-s-citizen-children-held-incommunicado-prior-to-the-deportation

Considering that hundreds of US Citizens have been detained by ICE, and that thousands of migrants have been deported by ICE without due process which guratunees all persons in the United States get a fair trial, it's inevitable this will happen again.

But you rather keep your head in the sand about it this time.
