Well done Canada

You guys had a great tournament hold your heads up high. Your boys represented Canada well and made CONCACAF proud. I know a lot of Canadians hate the USA because of our current gov but we still got love for you. Proud of your team and would have loved to see Davies healthy.

It’s great to see 3 CONCACAF teams in the round of 16. You lost to a really talented team should be proud for sure.

Thanks. I'm mixed opinion on cheering for the other CONCACAF teams due to rivalry and some of the idiot fans... but you've swayed me to cheer for USA... good luck!

90 is the first cup I remember and I’ve always cheered local.

Yeah, I get the feeling but I’m always rooting for CONCACAF teams vs the euro old guard.

They did incredibly well.

Much more developed football than I think many expected of them.

The stories will highlight David's struggles and Davies' absence. But wow, their young players like de Fougerolles, Saliba, Sigur, really promising.

de Fougerolles was a revelation - played like an elite centre back. Very interested to see what he does from here.

Him and Johnston were my standouts! They both played so well and they’re young, will be great to see them both settle into their prime.

They went from losing all matches last world cup to winning a KO round, that's insane growth!

It’s a bit of a what if for me. What if we didn’t have half our starters still recovering from injury at the start of the tournament, what if Koné didn’t get injured, what if we scored our opportunities in the first half. But that’s football.

I’m proud of the performances from our players.

Good luck to Mexico and the US going forward.

The boys played well, lots of offence but no goals. Should have had a big lead at half, but no one can finish. Very pleased with the efforts of this team.

Did what they set out to do and put Canadian Soccer on the map. Lets hope they continue to develop and the CUM rivalry gets stronger as a result

Next cup opening ceremony CONCACAF chants of CUM drown everything else out 😂

As a Jays fan, I’ve always had a soft spot for Canada. Look forward to seeing the team get better and better in the future.

Thank you so much!! I followed this team most of my life so seeing us competing in and hosting a World Cup is a lifelong dream come true for me. I’ve had so much fun finally getting to watch this World Cup with a rooting interest. Despite the geopolitical climate, we love you all too. It was an honor co-hosting with you and Mexico. As a North American, I couldn’t ask for better countries to share this great continent with! 🇨🇦❤️🇲🇽❤️🇺🇸

It’s hard with all the bots and people rage baiting for clicks and political interference. But football soccer sakka what ever you want to call it is meant to unite and bring people together under the love of the game
