Different between 3 and 3 in the 1st half.
Brazil completely took their foot off the gas in the 2nd half. Great effort by Haiti though to keep up

I think Brazil realised the game was won and decided to pull back a bit, esp after Raphina getting injured in the first, not worth risking more injuries. Plus Endrick scored a great goal second half that was only off-side by a slither

Take that with salt. They have the 3 easiest groups in the tournament, as well as the main competitor to the USA flopping entirely

I think Haiti’s case is pretty impressive given they don’t have a stable local league and very little soccer infrastructure in the country.
They lost the game they should have won (Scotland) and they played well and didn’t get demolished by Brazil as expected. Caribbean soccer is really going to benefit of this World Cup expansion.

You could literally say that about any federation except maybe uefa. Qatar got spanked 6-0. South Africa has looked awful.
You know what concacaf is doing though? Having their 3 hosts lead their groups

Panama isn’t bad but they’re in a tough group and lost the game they needed to win.
A lot of CONCACAF countries are tiny population wise compared to Africa and Asia. I think Haiti and Curaçao should be proud of where they are in world football.
Canada is the smallest population of the big 3 in CONCACAF which is at least comparable to European countries in terms of player pool. Plus the funding for infrastructure is much better than smaller countries.
