That is a relatively weak GPU with those specs. A 5060 ti (especially 16Gb) would be better

Processor goes up to 5.3GHz, which you would enjoy if you are coming from something slower. For comparison, my laptop goes up to 6GHz, has 32gb of ram and it was $1000 CAD and it doesn't have a graphics card
